​The Office Built-In is primarily crafted out of solid white oak and veneers. ​The upper book case portion provides more than an adequate amount of space, due to the adjustability of the custom sized shelves, within the inner oppening height of each unit. The base cabinets, also equipped with custom shelving behind closed doors. The right hand-side cabinet features a custom built-in printer pullout on concealed glides to accomodate the main desk area. The desk cabinet includes a bunk of 3 drawers on the left side with it's own filing drawer on the bottom. The desktop hides a narrow pencil and utensil drawer underneath its main surface. Solid wood countertops throughout. Custom crown moulding, furniture base is used to complement the residence's existing trim work.

The Mudroom area is produced out of high-end, paint grade materials and a stained, solid hard maple bench top. The unit commodates the client's storage needs of seasonal clothing and footwear.

The Laundry Cabinet is also produced with high-end, paint grade materials and solid stock. Reeded sliding doors are the unique feature of this unit.
